Tp20 here- Mine wont sync now. Used maybe 15 times. The temps were off 10 degrees also. Batteries were dead because i havnt used in several months and went to use it tonight and it wont sync temps. I tried the trouble shoot to sync and still not working. Anyone recommend any other remote...
Whats the plus and minus of white compared to pink butcher paper. Im currently looking to buy a large roll because ive been blowing through aluminum foil and wanted to switch to more cost effective paper. White is much cheaper than pink butcher paper.

I just finished doing this today for the first time. I only had on smoker at about 250 for 1 hour and veggies held a great smoke. I also added 1 unsmoked Serrano and 5 pieces of fresh garlic and blended all together.
Defiantly a whole new flavor to salsa!
Is it ok for dogs to eat butt bones? I was under impression that they shouldn’t be given cooked bones. My lab would love them and I been throwing them away! Have 2 on the smoker now!

It came out pretty good. It was definitely a learning experience. Had to move briskit to top level to get the heat. After 14 hours I was only at 156 degrees. at 16 hrs I was at 176. Checked an hour later and it was 203. I'm thinking it was a quick increase in temp so I believe the hot sun played...
