Where do you buy your meat Iowa smokers?
Just curious to see where you guys go and maybe what I'm missing out on. Here in altoona I shop around Fareway, Hyvee, and Walmart. Pick things up as they go on sale. I've seen B+B Deli out on the southside, anyone been in there? Can't wait to hear from ya'll !! Nick- njmjeep

thick cut top serloin
Looks fantastic! Cooked through on the smoker is one thing haven't done, guess it's steak this weekend. -
My take on mustard.
I'm right with ya' guys, mustard all the way!!! I like to mix yellow and spicy brown 50/50 then mix in some of my rub and spread that on burgers and brats, good stuff! -

Newbie with a Masterbuilt - Rib help
get ya' some bb's, remove membrane, rub with cavenders greek seasoning or just salt, cbp, and minced garlic. 2-2-1 and baste with apple juice. Very tasty and very easy.- njmjeep
