Ymmv Pit Boss 40lb Comp blend pellets at Walmart $10
No idea if this is widespread, but my Walmart in Central Ohio had a pallet and a half of Pit Boss Competition blend pellets for $10 for a 40lb bag (normally already a good deal at $19.76/bag) These aren't my favorite pellets, but definitely serviceable, especially on high temp cooks.- nic3456

Best way to clean grease grates??
I've only used my grill about 10 times but have built up quite a thick/nasty buildup on the stainless steel grease grates. I can't seem to find a good way to get them clean. I can scrap the chunks off,but otherwise I've tried some grill stone cleaning block from Kroger that was useless. I...- nic3456

Butcher butchered my brisket - can anyone help?
As I feared it turned out pretty poorly. I ended up not wrapping and just laid the flap on itself to hold in place. I smoked at 250 until IT hit 165, then wrapped in butcher paper until IT hit 200. Wrapped in towel and put in cooler for an hour. It was a 4lb brisket and ended up being smoked... -
