I am looking to find out how long can you store beef jerky in a sealed vacuum bag. and where you can store. fridge, counter top, freezer.
I want to make 5-10 lbs.
I have smoked some cheese. Let it set a day,vacuum sealed them,put in fridge but when I open 3 of them 3 weeks later their was moisture on them. My question would be is this normal
I am thankful for family, friends, and that I just bought the square smoker and my cheese came out wonderful and they ate it all. Now I'm being asked When are you making more.
I'm from Carlisle, PA .Just looking around to see what smoker to buy. I'm looking at the Smokin- it smoker. I'm not sure what model to buy. The #3 or #4. Any suggestions?
