    I am looking to find out how long can you store beef jerky in a sealed vacuum bag. and where you can store. fridge, counter top, freezer. I want to make 5-10 lbs.

    I have smoked some cheese. Let it set a day,vacuum sealed them,put in fridge but when I open 3 of them 3 weeks later their was moisture on them. My question would be is this normal
