I am going to get the Weber Smokey Mountain I think but after doing some research the Bradley and the Charbroil also looks like solid smokers. http://www.kitchenchatters.com/smoker-reviews/
Since you want something portable, maybe the Charbroil would work best for you or the Smokey Mountain...
Down here is South Africa the only what looks like a decent smoker I can find is the Weber Smokey Mountain.
Anyone here have experience with it? Is it any good and would you get the bigger one or will the smaller one be fine for a family of 4?
Cheers
I live in a very hot place here in Africa. Judging from your comments it looks like I will need a cool room to brew my beer in.
What does that consist of? Is it expensive to setup?
Cheers
My Favorite is the Double Barrel Ale from Firestone Brewery in Central Coast of California.
Would love to be able to brew something close to that myself.
Hey everyone.
My name is Hendrik Roos and I am glad to be here.
I used to live in the US and recently moved back to SA.
We love meat here but nobody is really smoking tritip and brisket like ya'll in the US.
I want to learn how to do it proper and maybe open my own little BBQ place some...
