First Fatty!
Made my first attempt at smoking a fatty this weekend. It was a huge success thanks to the recipes from Smoking-Meat.com. Made the sauce and rub from Jeff's recipes that I had purchased and from the fatty from this recipe. WOW! Probably going to be a regular fixture for our weekend get... -

Mines real simple. Initial of my first and middle name + last name + birthyear = MMYoung57! It's my moniker all over the 'net, i.e. Twitter - @MMYoung57, Facebook - MMYoung57, Google+ - MMYoung57, Wordpress... well you get my drift. ;)- mmyoung57
