    What's your occupation?

    I see more than a few people here are in the auto industry.  I am a robot/ equipment technician for a major auto manufacturer.  My previous career was automotive technician.  I love what I do but TONS of overtime, weekends, and holiday work keep me off the smoker.

    Hey all, Just joined SMF do to the vast amount of information here.  Im using a Char griller pro with side box.  Had it for years.  I live in central Ohio and interested in grilling, smoking, recipes.  Hope to share some ideas with everyone.  See ya in the forums!
