    How to Identify Wood?

There are also some smartphone apps that are very good at identifying trees.. I am using TreeID on iPhone, but there may be even better ones out there.

Need some help with purchasing an Auber

You might also email Auber and see what they say.  Couldn't hurt. I haven't used one but I was under the impression the 20cfm was for large stick burners.  Too bad they don't offer a 10cfm or something in between the 6 and the 20.

WTB - BBQ Guru NanoQ controller

I'm looking to buy a used NanoQ controller (and a fan would be nice too if you have it). Perhaps someone has upgraded to a nicer model and no longer needs the low end NanoQ sitting around. Thanks!

my first 250 gal reverse flow

Wow, those counter weights are awesome. Maybe it's just the perspective of the picture but it looks like you're going to have to be careful going under overpasses for clearance!

Just bought Jeff's rub and sauce recipes!

Well.... it pains me to say it, but Jeff's rub recipe as it comes is too plain for me.  I have the tastebuds of a dinosaur so my evaluation is not a good benchmark. As papagreer stated I think it will be a good starting point.  I'll try up'ing some of the (censored) to give it more bite...
