Greetings all,
I'm going to be batch'n it for the next week. I'll be grilling some steaks and other things that don't take much time. However, I want to do a couple longer smokes. Any suggestions on a smaller piece of meat that is still good to smoke?
And happy 4th to my American friends!
Mike
Hi everybody,
I'm new to the forum. In the last year I have really got into low and slow and smoking.
I have a Kamado Joe 18.5.
I have had some good results so far....and some less than good results.
My first real long smoke was a brisket I did last summer. It turned out really well even...
