My step son wants us to smoke a brisket. I have never tried to before and the only thing I know about them is u need to cut against the grain when you cut it(?).

The ones on the right have disco's maple glaze I read about on here and the left the Johnny trigg brown sugar, butter, but we use maple syrup instead of honey
Yes I rubbed it down- it's at 149 now so I have a while-it's just my hubby thinks they were better after we started injecting. Gotta keep the king happy lol
Smoking a but and two racks of baby backs on my first smoke. How often will I need to empty the ash pan while I'm smoking? Was wondering how full it would get.
