I made Turkey thighs in my Masterbuilt smoker last week that come out amazing. Today I smoked a brisket in it for the first time. But it did not come out anything like what brisket must have .
What could be the issue?
I have never had a fail brisket like this. So I am all ears to any and all suggests and tips!!!
