Smoking under a composite deck?
I just finished building a composite deck. I don’t want to use the smoker on top of the deck for fear of “melting” or whatever would happen to composite decking. I have about 7’ under the deck which is open on 2 sides and house on the other 2 sides. Has anyone smoked under a deck before? See any...- mark h

Buffalo steaks
Has anyone smoked buffalo steaks? I've got 4 small steaks the biggest about 1" thick and the smallest 1/2" thick. Do I smoke it like a beef steak? Thanks and Happy Fathers Day.- mark h

Abi's Meatloaf
Turned out fantastic. Smoked for 3 hours and 20 or so minutes at between 200 & 230. Over 300 last half hour. Could have gone another hour. -

Abi's Meatloaf
I am giving Abi's Meatloaf a try. Page 115 in Jeff's cookbook, Smoking Meat. I followed the recipe except that I put on Jeff's All Purpose Rub before smoking. I'll post later on the outcome and a final picture. It turned out wonderful, very moist. Probably could have smoked for... -
