    Master Forge Gas smoker mod

    I am having the same problem... I am gonna drill half inch holes around the lip on the water pan and how that works... What do you think ? I just bought it so its terrible I have to do this...

    Master Forge Smoker temp not high enough

    I just picked up a new one from Lowes and I am having problems. The water pan is so big it doesn't leave much room for the heat to go up.
