FYI On IGrill2 deal....
Sams club in my area has the 4 probe version on clearance for $30. Just picked one up. The clearance section is at the very back right in most stores. Not bad considering they are $118 on amazon. Hope this helps someone else out.- luce

ONION BOMBS
Made these in the smoker for Superbowl. They took 2.5hrs at 225deg and I used Pecan wood chips. They were fantastic.- luce
