    I told my wife that when the boys are all grown up and gone that we would get an RV and vet on the competition circuit. Now, I have even more to think about. Awesome rig! (My wife is gonna crap when she sees this)

    How about just whole pigs? The wild boar idea is great, but I would have a hard time sourcing one. A whole pig however is readily available to most people.

    Those birds have been getting the business at 200-220 degrees for about 2 hours. I think it's gonna be about 4 more. I bought birds so big that I plucked the yellow feathers out just after they taught me the alphabet. Smelling great! Wonderful weather, cold beer and smoked chicken!
