Preparing bellies for curing and smoking.....
Just curious when it comes to bacon - how much cure do you put on the belly? Does a guy want cover the belly and rub the cure into the belly or just sprinkle the belly with cure and go with whatever sticks? That's a tuff one and it's a no win set up; kinda like the -do these pants make me look fat?
