I know Eagle Rentals in Reamstown rents grills/smokers. I thought there was a place around the Buck that rented them too. I cant think of the name at the moment. Hope this helps.
I just put a pork tenderloin on the smoker. I rubbed it with John Henry Rib Rub and stuffed it with apple slices and saurkraut, wrapped with bacon. smoker is at 275. I've also had a chuck roast on since 6 a.m.
I thought I'd post this for those of you that have leftover pastrami. I didn't think to take pictures as I was mixing this up.
