How exactly did you preseason your MES? Is there a better way than what is mentioned in their instructions? When you get to the smoke part, what if you don't have wood chips? Can you use pellets, and if so, how much? Does anyone coat the insides with any cooking oil(peanut?) and if so, at what...

Yeah, as long as the blue tooth electronics don't screw up the digital functions, I'm ok, because $329 appears to be a very good deal for a 40" MES even w/o BT which I may not use anyway. At Bass Pro, it was $150 more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
