Converting old oil tank into smoker
Has anyone convereted an old oil tank into a smoker? if so how hard is it? My new house which I'll be moving into very soon has one (thought I had a pic of it but I don't). As soon as I can I'll get pics.- Lady Smoker 2021

Smoked Meatloaf...
My FH and I did Smoked Meatloaves today, used almost a full 10lb roll of hamburger. We divided it up into 5 pans and 1 loaf on a rack. It turned out very delicious!!!! Sorry I didn't get any pics of they cooked- Lady Smoker 2021
