Thanks everyone! I had a great time and was happy with the results. Sawhorseray, it did require attention and had a healthy appetite. Not certain how much was me being a newbie to stickburners and learning but it was fun!!!- KYJamesW

Here was the finished results. This is the second one I’ve tried to do. Relatively clean bone and it tasted good. I’m happy!
