Those look amazing ! I see those when I go to Sams, too, but never bought them. Seen a tv show where they were marinated in a soy sauce based marinade.....then deep fried! They looked really good, too.

I’m not a carpenter by any means, but I was able to re-create an old canopy on my deck after some deck work.... if this could serve as as simple start....or idea for anyone else, I’m happy. Its nothing extraordinary, but serves the purpose of sheltering my outdoorkitchen from the Rain....

We shop at both.....each for different needs. The beef looks identical at both places. Im not much of a fan of their rib eyes or strip steaks from either. Not enough marbling......but thats just my preference. We buy a lot of pork from both places.......but Costco is much better for Seafood...

I have a Louisiana Kamado that I bought from Costco......and really like it....but know someone who may be interested. Im curious of the weight on this new one here. The price is close to that of the Green Egg. I’ll check to see if I can find any reviews on YouTube. Thanks for your response.
