    Just picked up my gravity 560 last night. Can't wait to get her up and running after work! I noticed the masterbuilt website says smoking with chips is not recommended. Does anyone know why? Has anyone tried throwing wood chips in the ash bucket? Thanks in advance!

    Im brining my first turkey using this recipe. It already smells amazing. I cant wait to see how it turns out after i smoke it in my mes40. Im planning on using a combination of maple and apple wood.

    Hi everyone, Ive been using this site for recipes for a few months and decided to finally join. Im runnin with a MES 340g. Love this smoker! Just got my A-MAZE-N pellet smoker in the mail today and will be trying it out on a 13 lb packer overnight this evening. Wish me luck! Sincerely, Jim
