Pork butt and a movie
Yesterday I smoked a 9 lb butt for 10 1/2 hours at 275. I used Penny’s Revolution for the rub and foil wrapped about 5 hours in. I made a traditional Carolina vinegar based sauce and a ketchup heavy on the Makers Mark sauce. The occasion was a socially distanced outdoor dinner and movie night... -
