Masterbuilt Slow Smoker attachment
What diameter tube did you use and does the length matter? I was thinking about getting this attachment so i dont have to open and close the door when emptying the ash tray letting heat out.- jc2133

New MES 40 breaking it in
I was surprised to have this come in the mail yesterday. Late father's day gift from my wife. Just adding another smoker to my lineup. Now assembled and doing the seasoning per manufacturer instructions. Question though...how far off is the heat reading on the smoker? I put an old oven...- jc2133

Picked up this barrel last night. It was used to hold juice concentrate. Soon as I got home I went ahead and drilled out the 3 intake holes in the bottom. Today, it's headed off to the sandblasters.
