so I have seen people talk about kaowool on here has anyone heard of this? http://www.buyaerogel.com/product/pyrogel-xt-e-blanket/ Appears to work just as well if not better without the health risk during the cutting process.- jb0330

Temp control
Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, I did I few searches and didn't see anything. I am looking for advise on temp control. I would like to find a thermometer that does meat readings, ambient temp of smoker, and also attached fan to keep the temp constant. I know this maybe asking a lot from... -

Thanks for adding me to the forum. Short of a beginner smoker here. Grew up watching my dad started about two years ago myself modding my charcoal grill. Looking to expand my knowledge here. -
Making the move
