    Sticks ground it up never made sausage or sticks before grabbed what I had and went for it

    Bass pro mix made up 2lbs but only put in 1/8 tsp cure instead of a1/4. Arm roast smoked to 170 internal temp

    Just made my first test batch of sticks but realized I only put in about half the cure. Will it still be okay
