    Cold smoking BACON :)...and I know im not "cooking" it but was under the impression that meat as to reach a certain temperature. Maybe I'm fine then and just using the heat and smoke from the a-maze-n box will do the trick. Thx!

    Thanks everyone. yes I've combined all ingredients, mixed them up and applied trough the entire meat. Ill cure for 11-12 days (1.5 inch piece). cant wait to get this done. still 2 weeks to get there.
