    YOU ARE MY ABOSLUTE HERO! I'm getting ready to cut up a deer I shot last weekend and will be making some summer sausage! I may have to look into one of these SV. Has that ratio worked out well for you? 7 lbs Venison & 3 pork butt?

    I ordered some of the Leggs seasonings today. I use the following: 2 parts Lean Ground Venison and 1 part Ground Beef or Ground Pork Ingredients per pound..... 1/2 TBSP Morton's Quick Cure 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
