Does anyone use a Yoder YS480S... or YS640S?
I’ve owned a YS640 since 2021 and during the COVID crap I drove 5 hours to get one! Before I owned a Green Mountain and a RecTeq and there is no comparison not even an iota! The smoke flavor with and pellet grill will vary with the brand of pellets. I find I need to use a smoke box with chips...- Ishi

Do you leave your pellet grill plugged in?
No I don’t! I have a Yoder 640 and they recommend that it gets unplugged after every use. Not sure what other companies recommend but when I had a RecTeq and Green Mountain I always unplugged them also.- Ishi
