    Amazen has arrived!

    I bought one a few years ago and I was completely disappointed. Tried pellets and sawdust. When I was able to keep it lit it produced less smoke than a cigarette. WHEN it stayed lit. I got tired of fighting it and chucked it on the shelf.

    I bought an 8.5lb boneless pork butt. I don't usually buy boneless but the price and look of the meat made it worth a try.
