My wife found some cheap butts on sale at the commissary the other day. Which turned into me cooking for her company's party on Monday. They requested some pulled pork, so I got to work.....

For me, it depends on what I am cooking. For ribs, I like to use mustard. For butts, molasses. I am thinking about trying apple butter on my next butt!
I bet you are a happy man! Cant go wrong with a good butt waiting for ya! My wife is a great cook, still trying to get her more involved with the smoking projects though.
