    A Sunday Smoke...

    My wife found some cheap butts on sale at the commissary the other day. Which turned into me cooking for her company's party on Monday. They requested some pulled pork, so I got to work..... Figured I would do a rack of spare ribs for dinner! In the smoker they go..... Good ol blue...

    Molasses under your rib rub?

    For me, it depends on what I am cooking. For ribs, I like to use mustard. For butts, molasses. I am thinking about trying apple butter on my next butt!
