    Ribs for tomorrow.

We had a little snow fall a couple days ago. Been chilly. Supposed to be warm tomorrow, 40 deg. heat wave! Some ice and a little flurries in the a.m. Nothing that's going to stop the smoke from rolling!!! The pastor of our church is leaving to a church in Canada, so we are having a farewell bbq...

    Simple pellet tube side smoker

That pipe looks to be galvanized. If it is, I would highly recommend burning the galvanized coating off before using it. The chemicals used in galvanizing can cause you to get extremely ill. Other than that, nice setup!

MES 30 wont get to temp!

Yeah. Maybe the screws are touching the wire connectors inside the wall.

From Maine. Had to set up a new profile.

I haven't posted here in a while, forgot my password. And my account was set up with an old email I don't have anymore. So, now I'm a newbie again! Going to be doing some loinback ribs on the pellet grill this weekend!!! The wife and kids got it for my birthday last year, wow that thing works...

MES 30 wont get to temp!

My guess would be that when you install the temp sensor into the unit, something is touching metal inside and grounding it out. My first suspect would be the blade connectors on the sensor. Also could be a chafed wire.
