    Holy cow, you made out like a bandit! I'd probably have gone out of the store with a couple more of those bags. And I appreciate Chop's comment about grinding up a few slices of bacon if it seems too lean. I ground up a pack of pork loin chops for sausage the other day, and it came out drier...
