    Try smoking something before you cut the ends, after using it then try the mods if you think they would help. It is a lot easier to cut then to add IMHO.

    I would have to guess and say that GBP would be Ground Black Pepper IMHO. CBP is Cracked Black Pepper in the list of Acronym's that I found here somewhere here. Hope this helped.

    I purchased my first gas grill on Feb 14 th about 45 years ago. Have been cooking outside year round since. The GOSM gasser make smoking in the winter better then grilling, less watching time spent. The other plus for winter cooking in NO bugs.
