    Thanks for all the welcomes. Long cook tomorrow. Friends have a brisket and when I opened it there was more hard fat on it than normal. Another cut that they want cooked is a piece of brisket from 2021. Not holding out for a good result.

    Hello everyone Old weber guy here. Also have a zgrill smoker with lots of problems. I`m a retired toolmaker and enjoy smoking and grilling all year round. Live in Indiana. My time is spent sharpening knives, scissors, and mower blades. Keeps me out of trouble. Looking forward to learning a lot here.

    Hopper fire

    Sorry if this is an old question but I need help. Have a zgrill smoker. Used it several times then my hopper pellets ignited. Any ideas?
