Thanks..yeah..thats how I normaly do them...was just wanting to try the whole method. If they are big enough...I have found a carrot peeler works great...thank the wife for that info- gethenet

3-1-2???
Im playing around with a rack of spares....When i do them 3-2-1...they fall off the bone. While thats not bad..I would prefer a little more on the bone. I was thinking of maybe doing 3-1-2.....has anyone ever done this method..and did you like the results? -

its nappy time...got her foiled and in the oven...set at 230....hope it gets to 205 by dinner ..which is probably 5-6-7-8..... AM!!!!
