I bought some salted casings that are sealed in a bag from Stuffers Supply Company in BC Canada a couple of weeks ago and forgot to refrigerate them. Will they still be useable for a run this week, or should I buy new ones...Stuffers is closed until the 4th and am hoping to shoot a batch this...
