    After about 45 minutes I got it calmed down but didn't post because it was bedtime (worked 2nd shift) the pork came out pretty in my opinion. Thanks for the replies. Will def stick with Todd's from now on.

    Smoked it at 240 for 2 hours in my MES30 using Apple wood. Came out fantastic. The meat was just right.

    Shot a nice moose last week and had to try a beer can burger. Fried some mushrooms and peppers. Topped with pepper jack cheese and sprinkled some smoked paprika and chipotle chili powder before going into the smoker.
