    Hey there Smokin peachy. How big of a firebox give you a 4 hour burn? Is this a 500 gal we are talking about? Im looking at 26 by 24 firebox in my next smoker and curious how big of splits make sense...or how long a burn to expect with a proper fire.

    Not sure if this is where to post this, but curious on the quality of the brisket you can get out of this Bell Fab smoker. Obv 90% of this is the skill of the Pitmaster, but just wanted to know how easy it is to get championship level results.
