I followed Mr T's directions to the letter. I made 5.5lbs of farm raised atlantic salmon for my first attempt (party at my house so we had plenty of other food incase in didn't go well).

I have a new CharBroil electric smoker. I have had 2 charcoal smokers over the last 10 years but just switched to the electric. I've had it for a month and have so far made something new each weekend. Smoke fish and fish dip. (Salmon and cod), pork butt, brisket and prime rib.
