    K-Rigg pressure smoker, thoughts?

So, I saw this ad on good ol' Facebook about the K-Rigg pressure smoker, that states it can create smoked foods in minutes versus hours. Ie. ribs in 30min, pork butt in 1hr 30min, and brisket in 2hrs. Apparently it uses a gas motor to create the pressure and just a handful of chips for smoke...

    Ref; Second Brisket..go!

Yep, have tons of restaurant quality tools and products. It's a great place for marinating tubs, shakers, tongs, really any tools you would need. they also have consumables like to-go containers and napkins. I found it when I was looking for homebrewing stuff.

Next time you make it down to oshkosh check out Krumenauer restaurant supply store. It's right off of 41 by 9th Ave. They have some nice knives for decent prices. I've been eyeing up a nice 13in slicer there... you could also check the kitchen supply store at the outlet mall.

    Block Party Pork Butts

Yesterday we had a block party so I figured I would show you guys my contributions. 2 9Lb butts went on at 6am and cooked for about 8.5 to 9 hours. I pulled them out when they hit 160 and the fat cap split, and wrapped them up tight. Thanks to my thermpro thermometer I was able to keep an eye...

    Hello from Wisconsin

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new into smoking. I started last year doing a few chickens on a hand me down bullet. I liked it so much I decided to take the plunge and get an Oklahoma Joe Highland. So far I love the product and can't wait to practice and learn more!
