If your choice of a plan does not include a drug plan, and you have to select a stand alone part D drug plan, make sure it meets the Medicare requirements 100%.
My very elderly in-laws "thought" they had it all covered and for 18 months they did not have what medicare considers credible...

We navigated this topic a few years back. We had been on the Kaiser HMO through my prior employer retirement plan for decades so we stayed with them in a Kaiser Part C (Medicare Advantage) plan my employer offers. It has much better benefits than the advantage plans on the open market though...
If they used another card, but used your Walmart account to make the order, I would bet the other card is stolen as well. Walmart should be able to reset you email associated with the account to the old and you should be able to reset the password, etc... then. If they don't fix it I suspect...
