    With 4th of July next week I've been asked to do some Ribs. I took a couple of extra days off for a long weekend so I suppose I will have to fire up the smoker more than once LOL. Maybe a couple of Briskets Time to get the wheels turning and make plans, what are you guys going to be doing?

    Doing 3 Butts for pulled pork for the kid to take to work. Looks like I'll have to throw on a couple of Racks of St. Lou's on there also. Sounds like I may be dodging some off and on showers for a while.

    When using the Bush's Baked Beans for modified baked bean recipes is there a specific "flavor" of Bush's Baked Beans that you prefer? While at the store I noticed that they have several kinds. I guess it would be a trial and error type of deal. Any suggestions as to what you prefer?

    Question about Masterbuilt Gas Smokehouse

    I am no expert however, I have the same smoker and went with the chunks rather than the chips. I also set a cast iron skillet on top of the factory wood pan. I also have used a larger water pan and have had excellant results with the smoke and the temps. Good Luck.

    I think it sounds great. We do not have any decent brats in this area. The best I have found are the Johnsonville Beer -n - Brats. I say go for it. When your done EMAIL me a taste ;)
