Ok I feel dumb now. Thermocouple was unplugged and it works fine now.

Not yet but if I can figure out how to get at it I'll change that next.

These parts are available on line and I just took a shot in the dark that they might help.

Finally got ahold of them and they told me to throw out a $500 smoker and buy a new one. Wanna guess what brand it WON'T be?

I've tried that several times and maybe it works for a MB smoker but it doesn't work for a Smoke Hollow.

Since it's impossible to contact Masterbuilt/Smoke Hollow I thought this might be a good place to ask a question. My Smoke Tronix internal temp reading is stuck on 32° so no matter what I set as a temp it just keeps heating because it thinks it's still cold. I can use the meat probe to tell me...
