    Lumberjack Mesquite blend at the moment. I have not tried the 100% hickory, cherry or pecan blend as of yet. I dumped the full 20 lbs of mesquite blend in hopper and have a good bit still left. Atwoods sadly only carries 5 varieties of Lumberjack with only two of them being the 100% variety...

    Offset, charcoal/wood chunk cooker or otherwise at the end of the day is an outdoor oven fueled by one thing or another. And.....? I like them all! I am too lazy to go the stickburner route these days, but still like them as long as someone else is manning the pit. :emoji_laughing:

    Actually the box it was packed in looked fine as did the styrofoam surrounding the item. I called Rec Tec and have a new one on the way.

    I picked up my RT 700 yesterday, assembled and did burn in. My lid fits perfect so I may not use the Lava Lock gasket as planned, no smoke leaking from door. Bad news is my smoke box looks pretty sad straight out of the box. I get to try out the vaunted customer service straight away.
