    Definitely still up, and still running, it took all the smoke it could, we are around 155 on the smallest piece, and it's been as close to 4 hours as I feel safe to allow, below 140, so I moved it into a 350 degree oven to finish up to the 195 to 205, and get my bark set!!! Hoping that happens...

    Meat was loaded a while ago, but just now getting pics posted. And after the first hour, temp is progressing nicely, sprayed down very gently, and put some soaked hickory chunks in some tin foil for a slow rolling smoke from them. Yee Haw!!!!

    And so, it begins... One man, one smoker, and one goal. Pulled pork at 195, with a nice bark. And today's wood, cherry and hickory mixed, and a few hickory chunks for the long smoke. Suburban smoking at it's damn near finest! Lol.
