Novice smoker looking at other ideas
Never participated in a forum, but I am passionate about smoking. To date I've only used my Weber grill and a "smokin it" electric smoker. Ready to go big with a wood burning vessel. Found an industrial dishwasher that is cast iron and about 700lbs that I'm going to try and build with. Right now...
