    thanks guys, after talking with ben, they dont prep the chargrill for a rotisserie. im on my own. i think dutch has the right idea to pick out a rotisserie and drill holes to make it work. dave

     i work with a guy who stuffs the meat into a large fibrous casing, then partial freeze, and off to the meat slicer, seems like it would work good. dave
